If you encounter an error that says “Cloud Provider Unlinked”, it means your cloud account (for example, OneDrive or SharePoint) is no longer linked to your account.

Solution

To verify this, try accessing OneDrive or SharePoint directly in your browser and check whether you can access the site and still have the required permissions. If you no longer have access, please contact your internal administrator to have the required permissions restored.
