eSHARE has lost access to Cloud Storage

Prev Next

This document describes how to resolve an issue where the 'Cloud provider' page shows a "lost access" error or displays an incorrect cloud storage provider. The following steps will be reviewed:

Identify the Issue

  1. When accessing the 'Cloud provider' page, you may see a message stating that the cloud provider service account that authorizes eShare has lost access to your cloud storage.

  2. The dropdown in the top-right corner of the page (next to your name) may display an incorrect or unsupported provider, such as 'Dropbox', instead of your organization's actual cloud storage provider.

Solution: Switch to the Correct Cloud Provider

  1. Select the dropdown showing your name in the top-right corner of the page.

  2. Select 'OneDrive' or 'SharePoint' (if your organization has a linked SharePoint site).

  3. Select the 'Refresh' button.

Note:

If neither 'OneDrive' nor 'SharePoint' appears as an option in the dropdown, contact your eShare administrator or eShare Support for further assistance.
