This article outlines all the options available inside a trusted share and how to use them

Access Files/Folders shared with you

To navigate to the files or folders that have been shared with you, click on the Shared with Me section from the left sidebar. Select the appropriate file or folder from the list to view its contents. You can also filter the shared items by using the search bar located at the top right. Enter the file or folder name, or the name of the share creator, to quickly find what you’re looking for.

Create new Files/Folders

Once you click on a Trusted Share , all files and folders within that share will be displayed. If the share owner has granted you the necessary permissions, you will see additional options to manage content within the share, including Creating or Uploading Files/Folders.

Note: The Trusted Share window is shown within the share creator’s organizational environment. Logos, colors, and branding elements may differ from those of your own organization.

Invite and View recipients

View Recipients: If the share owner has granted you the necessary permissions, you will see additional options to View all the existing recipients within this Trusted Share.

Invite Recipients: If permitted by the owner, you can invite new recipients on your behalf. The owner will then have the option to approve these invitations.

Secure Conversations

If the share owner has granted you the necessary permissions, you will see additional options to reply securely. To start a secure conversation, click on the Conversation button located at the top right corner of the Trusted Share.

Click on the Reply button to open the chat window. Type the message you want to send. You can mention a specific recipient by tagging them using @ followed by their name.

Additionally in the chat window, you can: Upload extra files, add your signature, and format the text as needed

Get Shareable Link

You can use this option to generate a link for the specific Trusted Share and share it with others. Click on the Get shareable link option and click on Copy link to copy to the clipboard.

Note that only active recipients or users who already have access to this Trusted Share will be able to open its contents through the link.
