Set a One-Time Password for Recipients to Access a Trusted Share
As the owner or co-owner of a Trusted Share, you can enable a one-time password (OTP) for recipients to log in. This adds an extra layer of security through two-factor authentication, ensuring safer access to shared content. To enable this option, navigate to My Shares and open your Trusted Share. Click the Options button in the toolbar.
Note: You can make the changes below only if permitted by your organization’s policy.

2. Enable Require One-Time Password
Under Applied Policy → Authentication, enable Require One-Time Password. This ensures recipients must enter a one-time password to access the Trusted Share, adding an additional layer of security.

3. Confirm by Clicking Save
After enabling the setting, click Save at the bottom of the options menu to apply the changes.

4. For Recipients
When accessing the shared item, recipients will be asked to verify identity using a one-time password. They can choose one of the following options:
Send a verification code to the existing email address
Register and verify a phone number
Use an authenticator app for verification. Refer to this article to know more: How to access your files through OTP
