How to access files through OTP - Email

If the share owner enables a One Time Password, you must verify your access by registering through one of the available methods. You can use your email or phone number, or register an authenticator app such as Microsoft Authenticator or Google Authenticator to access the content. If you choose to receive the OTP via email, click Send to Email .

Important Note: Please note that the available verification methods (email, phone, or authenticator app) are determined by the sharing organization. If you do not see a specific option, it may not be enabled. In such cases, contact the share owner for an alternative option.

Enter the OTP code you receive to your mail and click Access . If you do not receive the email, please check your spam or junk folders. If it is still not received, click Try another method and select Phone.

How to access files through OTP - Phone

If you already registered your phone number on your profile, you will see Send to Phone option. If not, choose to register a phone for verification by clicking the ' Register Phone ' button. If you are accessing the share from outside the United States, please update the country code by clicking the flag icon on the left. Enter your phone number. You will receive an OTP on your mobile device. Enter the code to access the share.

How to access files through OTP - via Authenticator App

If you do not have access to your email or phone, you can use a third-party authenticator app like Google Authenticator or Microsoft Authenticator for authentication. To register an authenticator app, click Register Authenticator and open your authenticator app. Within your app, scan the QR code shown on the screen and follow the steps shown on your app to register and access.
