To manage a specific recipient, open the Actions menu by clicking the three-dot button next to their name.

3. Disable a Recipient

Select Disable from the Actions menu to disable access for the recipient.

4. Click Disable on Confirmation

Confirm the action by clicking Disable in the confirmation dialog.

5. Re-enable Disabled Recipients

You can re-enable disabled recipients at any time:

Go to the Disabled tab.
Select the recipient you want to enable.
Click the three-dot menu and choose Enable.

Enabling restores access to the Trusted Share and all files/documents within it.

6. Click Enable to Confirm

Click Enable to restore Trusted Share access for the recipient.
