Expire Access for a Recipient on a Trusted Share
As the owner or co-owner of a Trusted Share, you can permanently remove a recipient’s access at any time by expiring their access. Navigate to My Shares and open the Trusted Share and click Manage Recipients to view all current recipients.
Note: When a recipient’s access is expired, they lose access to the Trusted Share. The recipient can submit an access extension request to the owner.

2. Click the Action Menu for a Recipient
Under All Recipients, click the three-dot Actions menu beside the chosen recipient. Choose Expire from the action menu. Once selected, recipient access is revoked and they can no longer access files in the Trusted Share.

3. Restore Expired Access
Expired recipients are listed under the Expired tab.
To restore access:
Go to Expired, Select the recipient and open Actions to choose Extend.

4. Choose a Future Expiry Date
In the Extend window, choose a future date. Add 1 Day, Add 1 Week, Add 1 Month, or click Advanced for custom date choose a desired date.

5. Choose a Custom Date and Time
Select your custom date and time from the calendar. After selecting the custom date, click Extend.

6. Extension Confirmation
A confirmation message appears at the bottom-left. In All Recipients, the recipient appears active again with the updated future expiration date.
