Missing files inside a Trusted Share

If you are an owner or recipient of a share and no longer see files that were previously available in a trusted share, it may be because the owner no longer has access to those files or the owner’s permissions have been revoked.

  • If you are the owner, try accessing the file location directly (OneDrive or SharePoint) through your web browser to verify whether the files are still available. If you are unable to locate or access the files, your organization administrator may have changed your permissions. Contact your organization administrator to request the necessary access.

  • If you are a recipient, contact the share owner directly to request access.
