Instead of creating a new sharing policy from scratch, you can duplicate an existing policy and modify the configuration as needed. This approach helps you avoid reconfiguring the entire policy when it is similar to an existing one. To begin, click Actions for the sharing policy and select Duplicate Policy. You will be prompted to enter a name and description for the new policy. Once confirmed, you can edit the policy and configure it as required.
