Enable Export of Secure Replies
If Secure Replies (Conversation) is enabled on a Trusted Share, you can export the conversation as a PDF or Excel file. To enable this option, navigate to My Shares and open your Trusted Share. Click the Options button in the toolbar.
Note: You can make the changes below only if permitted by your organization’s policy.
2. Check Allow Export of Secure Conversation
Under Applied Policy → Collaboration, scroll down to locate Allow Export of Secure Conversation To and enable it. This allows conversations from the Trusted Share to be exported as PDF or Excel files. Additionally, you can choose which recipient types are allowed to export the conversation. Click the dropdown menu to view and select the desired optio
3. Set Export Permissions for Secure Conversations
All Collaborators – Grants export permission to all recipients on the Trusted Share.
Internal Collaborators – Limits export permission to internal users within your organization.
Owners/Co-Owners – Restricts export permission to only owners/co-owners of the Trusted Share.
4. Click Save to Apply Changes
Click Save to confirm and apply all changes made in the options menu.
5. Export Option
After saving changes, refresh the conversation page. An Export option will appear (for the selected recipients), allowing secure conversation export as PDF or Excel.
