Enable Secure Conversation in Trusted Shares

As an owner/co-owner, you can control collaboration settings for recipients on a Trusted Share. Navigate to My Shares, open your Trusted Share, and click the Options button in the toolbar.

Note: You can make the changes below only if permitted by your organization’s policy.

2. Enable "Allow Recipients to Reply Securely"

In the Collaboration section, check Allow recipients to reply securely. Click Save and close the Options window to apply the changes.

Note: If permitted by your organization, you can enable additional options from the dropdown such as Owner Replies Only and Private Replies to Owners.

3. Start a Secure Conversation

Secure conversations are the primary communication method with recipients in a Trusted Share. You can include links, attachments, and signatures. To start a secure conversation: Open the Trusted Share and click the Conversation button in the top-right corner to open the conversation panel.

4. Reply in the Conversation Panel

To respond within a Trusted Share, click the Reply button at the top of the conversation panel to start your secure message.

5. Select the Recipients

Choose the recipient from the dropdown list to notify.

6. Insert Message and Click Send

Type your message in the conversation panel. Click the Send button at the bottom of the panel to deliver your message.

You can also: Format text (bold, italic, etc.),  insert signatures and attach additional files to be part of the Trusted Share

7. Receive Recipient Replies

Click Refresh to see the latest replies from recipients. You will also receive an email notification whenever a new reply is received.
