Auto provisioning New User Accounts via eShare Govern Outlook Add-in
To streamline user onboarding and improve integration with the eShare Govern Outlook Add-in, we’ve introduced automatic provisioning of new user accounts.When a user sends an email with the Govern Outlook Add-in installed and that user does not yet have an eShare account, the system will now automatically create an account for that user.
This mirrors the behavior already in place for the Secure Mail Gateway and eliminates the need for users to manually log in to the Cloud Web Portal before using the add-in.
The result is a smoother, more intuitive experience for first-time users and reduced friction to eShare adoption.
Excel and PowerPoint Supported File Size Increase
Through a deeper integration with Microsoft Office Online, made possible by our entry into Microsoft’s Cloud Storage Partner Plus program, the supported file sizes when opening Excel and PowerPoint files has greatly increased
Excel has increased from 25MB to 100MB
PowerPoint has increased from 300MB to 2GB
Word remains unchanged at 100MB
BUG FIXES
Emoji and Ellipsis Visibility on SWS Share
We’ve corrected an issue where emojis and ellipsis options were incorrectly displayed on shares created using Share With Me Link for Shared Mailboxes. These UI elements are no longer visible where they are not supported or applicable, ensuring a cleaner and more consistent user interface.
