Create Fillable PDFs
You can easily create fillable PDFs online using the Secure Cloud Portal, without needing any external third-party tools.
To get started, ensure your PDF file is stored in one of your connected cloud providers — either SharePoint or OneDrive. Navigate to your preferred cloud provider page within the portal. Use search to locate the document you want to edit. Once selected, open the document to begin creating and customizing your fillable PDF

2. Create Fillable Form
Select Create Fillable Form from the top-right corner of the page. Please note that only owners of the trusted share portal can create the form. Recipients or guest users outside your organization cannot create a fillable pdf.

3. Select Form Fields
After clicking Create Fillable Form, a toolbar appears with the below field options. Choose a field type and click where it is needed in the document.
Text Field – enter text or numbers
Date Field – select a date
Check Box – yes/no or multiple choice
Signature Field – add digital signatures

4. Add a Field
Select the desired field and click anywhere on the pdf. You can move and resize the field on the pdf as desired.

5. Save the Document
After placing the required fields, click the Save icon on the top toolbar. Within a few seconds, you should see a notification confirming the PDF was saved.
Note: This overwrites the original PDF and saves the updated version to connected cloud storage. If you need a backup, duplicate the original file before starting.
