Add New Recipients on a Trusted Share
You can extend access for individual recipients or multiple recipients at once. To extend access or invite new recipients, navigate to the My Shares section and open the Trusted Share. Click Add Recipients to grant access or invite new users.

2. Enter Recipient Email Addresses
Click inside the email input field and enter recipient email addresses. Select Include Original Message to share the original message with new recipients. Click Save to send the invitation and add recipients to the Trusted Share. A confirmation message appears indicating recipients were added successfully.

3. Alternative Way to Add Recipients
You can also add recipients by clicking Manage Recipients in the top menu. This opens the recipient list where you can view, manage, and add recipients.

You can also add recipients by clicking the Add Recipient icon in the Manage Recipients panel. A similar window appears where you can enter recipient email addresses.
