This document outlines the capabilities for monitoring and overseeing audit events throughout the organization from all authorized shares.
Accessing the Organization Audit Page
As an eShare Administrator, you have the ability to monitor all audit activities occurring across all the authorized shares. This section records and displays all the occurrences throughout the organization. Please be aware that this section is recommended for access only in the event of any anomalies related to activities. For other purposes such as analytical insights, we suggest you refer to our PowerBi reports.
Scroll down on the Admin Console menu and select Organization Auditing
From the Organization Auditing page, an administrator can perform the below actions:
Filter the shares based on criteria
Administrators can filter shares using multiple criteria, including file name, device name, file path, user name, date range (From–To), tracking ID, action performed, and more. For each filter, you can further refine the search by selecting conditions such as starts with, ends with, contains, exact match, or regular expression.
These advanced filtering options help you quickly search, narrow down results, and identify the specific activity or action you are looking for.
