M365 Trusted Sharing App: Notification Scoping and Filtering
The eShare M365 Trusted Sharing App has been enhanced to become the central hub for notification management and summaries within Trusted Shares. This feature introduces per-share notification with scoping, granular filtering ,and search capabilities across all shares.
Key Features:
Per-Share Notification View: Notifications are displayed and sorted per Trusted Share (most recent first).
Enhanced Search & Filtering: Within the Activity section, existing filters and date filters are preserved, with additional search by Trusted Share Name and Recipient Name.
Microsoft Office Support for Azure Blob within Cloud Web Portal
Office Files in Trusted Shares created from content stored in Azure Blob storage can now be viewed and edited with Office Online when accessed via the Cloud Web Portal. Previously, shares created from Azure Blob storage could only be used to share files. These shares now support in-browser viewing and editing of files.
BUG FIXING
Fixed an issue where documents in watermark-enabled shares could fail permanently under high load. Improved error handling, added request timeouts, and sanitized retry logging to prevent sensitive data exposure.
