You can register and verify your phone number on your profile before accessing any files. This would help if you frequently access files that requires OTP verification.
On the eSHARE Portal, click on My proifile, and click Account settings
Under the Phone section, enter your number along with the country code, then click Save. After saving, you’ll be prompted to verify your mobile number. Enter the code you receive to complete the verification.
Click on your profile and click Account settings
Once your number is successfully verified, whenever you access trusted share content, you can click Send to Phone to receive a one-time passcode (OTP) on your verified number.
