If you attempt to access a Trusted Share content and see one of the errors: invitation_is_pending or Pending Approval, it means you have not yet been added as a recipient. A request has been sent to the Trusted Share owner, who must approve your access. Once approved, you will receive an email invitation with a link to access the shared content.
We recommend contacting the owner directly to ask them to accept your request.
