1. To Hide your Trusted Share
You can hide a Trusted Share from your My Shares view. Click the checkbox and select the share you want to hide and select the Hide option from the top menu to initiate hiding the selected share.
Note: Unlike archiving, hiding a share does not disable or expire it for recipients. It only moves the share temporarily to Hidden Shares for your personal view.
2. Confirm Hide
In the confirmation popup, click the Hide button to finalize hiding the selected share. Observe the confirmation message indicating that the selected shares were successfully hidden.
3. Unhide your Trusted Shares
To unhide the share, open the filter options by clicking the Filters icon near the search bar.
4. Filter by Hidden Shares
In the filter dropdown, scroll down and choose Hidden Shares to view only hidden shares. The interface now displays only the shares that are currently hidden.
5. Show your Trusted Shares
In the Hidden Shares list, select the share to restore by clicking its checkbox. Click Show from the top menu to make it visible again in My Shares. Observe the confirmation message indicating the selected shares are now visible.
