M365 Trusted Sharing Application– Release 1.11
Enhancements have been made to the Pending Requests Modal. Users will now see an option in this modal displaying the details of each entry. These details will mirror those found in the eShare Cloud Web Portal. For the Download with Approval requests, the justification provided by the recipient will also be visible.
Trusted Sharing for SharePoint Application– Release 1.4
Support has been added for sharing from SharePoint subsites. This feature was introduced in Release 166 of the Cloud Web Portal. The capability to create shares from subsites has now been extended to the Trusted Sharing for SharePoint application.
Single Policy Display
To streamline the Trusted Sharing (TS) creation process and enhance user experience, the policy selection pull-down will be removed when only one sharing policy option is available.
Shared Item Path Available for ABAC
When sharing is configured for Attribute Based Access Control (ABAC), such as Axiomatics, the full path to the shared file or folder is now accessible to the policy decision engine.
Trusted Sharing Action Menu Application – Release 1.6
The Trusted Sharing Action Menu application has also received enhancements. The option for sharing from SharePoint subsites has been added, similar to the Trusted Sharing for SharePoint application. The single policy display feature and shared item path for ABAC are also applicable here.

When will these enhancements be deployed?
The enhancements for the M365 Trusted Sharing App and Trusted Sharing Action Menu should be available within 48 hours, the rollout is controlled by Microsoft. There are no changes or updates needed to your installed apps.
