Enhancements
Enable Profile Updates for Recipients in Guest Portal: We have enhanced the guest portal to allow recipient users to update their profiles directly within the customer's branded environment. This profile includes the recipient's first name, last name, and mobile phone number. The phone number allows the recipient to receive Trusted Share notifications via SMS. Previously, external users did not have this capability. This enhancement provides a more personalized recipient user experience when accessing and participating in Trusted Shares and receiving share notifications.
Reject Option Added to File Access and Download Override Pages: We have enhanced the file access and download override pages by adding a new feature that allows users to reject requests. These pages are presented to share owners when a sharing policy 1) allows recipients to request access to files which a label would otherwise prevent or 2) requires owner approval prior to the download of a file. Previously, owners could only approve requests, with rejections being implied by non-approval. With this enhancement, a "Reject Request" button has been added, providing users with the option to explicitly reject access and download requests. When access/download is rejected, the recipient that initiated the request is sent an email informing them that their request has been declined.
