Select the share

Go to the eShare app and select a file/folder to view and click on manage recipients

Click 'Manage Recipients'

Ensure the 'Manage Recipients' option is selected to proceed with managing the recipients.

Add new recipients and view invitations

When you open a Trusted Share, a new window will appear showing all active recipients.
From this window, you can also add new recipients or view pending invitations by clicking the corresponding icons highlighted below.

Click on the options menu for a recipient.

Open the options menu for a specific recipient by clicking the three-dot icon next to their name.

From here, you can perform the required actions for a recipient

For example- click the 'Expire' option from the options menu to expire the share access for that recipient

Restore access for a recipient

Once access has expired, you can restore it for a recipient.
Click the dropdown menu and select the Expired status.
Here, you can view all recipients whose access has expired for this Trusted Share.

Click on the options menu for a recipient.

Open the options menu for a specific recipient by clicking the three-dot icon next to their name.

Select 'Extend' in the options menu.

Select the 'Extend' option from the dropdown menu to extend the expiration date for the recipient.

Select extension time

Open the dropdown menu in the 'Extend expiration' window to choose a new expiration period.

Click the 'Extend' button in the modal window.

click the Extend button to confirm the extension of the recipient's access.

You can follow similar steps if a recipient’s access is nearing its expiration date and you want to extend the share.

Options Menu

You can other actions in a similar way. Click the three-dots menu next to a recipient for more actions:

Disable: Permanently revoke access.
Expire Share: Temporarily block access (recipient can still request an extension).
Extend Share: Give additional access time.
Authorize as Co-Owner: Assign co-owner rights ( recipient must be in your organization ).
Resend: Send the Trusted Share email again to the recipient.

Bulk Action Menu

If you want to perform any bulk actions on all the recipients, click on the three dot menu beside drop down

In this view, you’ll see the same action menu options available for all recipients. Select the option that best fits what you’d like to do.
Please note that any changes made here will apply to all recipients , including co-owners.

Note: The difference between Disable Everyone and Disable All is that Disable Everyone converts all co-owners to recipients and disables sharing with other recipients, while Disable All disables share access for everyone, including co-owners.
