Customize with your own support links and documentation
eSHARE allows organizations to customize the Help & Support page that users see when they click Help from their profile menu. By default, this page presents two options — Submit a Request and Support Documentation. Administrators can configure this page to route users to their own internal ticketing system, a support email, or custom documentation instead of the eSHARE defaults.

Note:
If none of these fields are configured, the Help page will display the default eSHARE support options. Changes take effect immediately after saving.
Where to configure this
In the eSHARE Admin Console, navigate to Corporate Branding. Scroll down to the Links section. The following fields are available:
Help Page URL or Support email: The primary support destination for internal users. Enter your organization's internal ticketing system URL or email here. When an internal user clicks Submit a Request on the Help page, they will be redirected to this URL instead of the default eSHARE support form.
Help Page URL for Guest Users: By default, external (guest) users are routed to the same support destination as internal users. If you want to send external users to a different URL — for example, a public-facing support portal or a separate contact form — enter that URL here. This field is optional and only needs to be configured if the external support experience should differ from the internal one.
Contact Page URL: If your organization maintains its own internal documentation for eSHARE — such as a Confluence page, SharePoint site, or internal knowledge base — enter that link here. This will replace the default eSHARE documentation link shown under Support Documentation on the Help page.
Save all the changes once links are pasted.
