Manage Permissions on a Trusted Share
Being an owner/co-owner, you can control the permissions for recipients on a Trusted Share. Navigate to My Shares, open your Trusted Share, and click the Options button in the toolbar.

2. Applied Policy
When the Options window opens, you’ll see the Applied Policy—this is the policy that was set when the Trusted Share was created. You can modify these options as permitted by your organization’s settings.

3. Organization Policy
Switch to the Organization Policy tab to view the default settings and boundaries defined by your organization. This tab also highlights the policy used for your Trusted Share, allowing you to easily reference it. You can only make changes within these limits—settings beyond this level cannot be modified.
Use this tab as a reference if you’re unable to configure certain permissions or options.

4. Allow Recipients to View/Edit/Download/Delete Files
Under the Permissions tab in the Applied Policy section, you’ll find options for View, Edit, Delete, and Download.
If permitted by your organization’s policy, you can select these checkboxes to grant the corresponding permissions to your recipients.

5. Allow Recipients to Download with Approval
You can allow recipients to download files only with your approval. This ensures you’re notified whenever a recipient attempts to download a file.
To enable this option:
Open the Permissions tab under Applied Policy.
Click the dropdown next to Download.
Select Download with Approval.
Click Save to apply your changes.
